AO-MOVIE REVIEW-NO SPOLIERS

Well after a long wait , finally Ayarathil Oruvan(AO) lands. The landing is not smooth though. AO is different in all aspects. If at all yu ppl are craving for somethin new in Tamil cinema , AO provides you.

This movie has shades of lots of other Hollywood movies but it is wise to keep all your logical thinking aside before yu step into this fantasy adventure.

First half keeps u glued to the screen with KARTHI being the show stealer. We get to see some not so bad graphic sequences along with comedy. The sets erected in the first half are mindblowing and ppl watchin AO for the first time wil certainly love it. Still , many illogical scenes but yet yu all will stay glued to the first half.

First Half - VERY GOOD

Second half is more RAW with lots of GORY scenes. Yu need a strong heart to sit through. With guys of this era, I dont think that must be a problem. PARTHIBAN and REEMA do their part very well. The Chozhan language was a bit difficult to understand. The sets , costumes and the BGM are noteworthy. Towards the end, it is a bit too much to see those Rape scenes and Chozhans being killed.

SECOND HALF - FAIR - Could have been crisp

CLAPS - Selva's script and direction, Karthi , parthiban and reema, Sets , Costumes

BOOS - Worst planning and never releasing his movies on time.

VERDICT : Flawful Victory 3/5 .

Tamizh Padam - Movie review - Ash4ever

Tamizh Padam - My review - No spoilers revealed

Well, first of all i would like to congratulate the team for making a spoof movie which is very new to tamil cinema.

Went to this movie with a lot of Expectations and with lots of positive reviews from my friends. But i found the movie DISAPPOINTING. Many friends along with me enjoyed the movie thoroughly.

The first half of the movie was WATCHABLE with some good comedy scenes knotted to 2 spoof songs. The first half hour especially was very good as we all were trying to find out which movie was being spoofed . First Half - Not bad - Survives

The second half started off well but towards the last one hour , the movie was TIRING and TEDIOUS. I found except a few scenes , others were BORING. Had the second half been slick and short , the movie would have been good. Second half - Good in parts

Tamizh Padam must have been short and crisp so that it would've been enjoyed by everyone. If this movie had been a quickie , maybe i would have liked it.

VERDICT : 2.5/5 - Mediocre fan fare

GOA - Movie Review - Ash4ever

My Review

After all the hype and rocking songs , Goa survives !

The movie is no way extraordinary but the movie sure is a decent flick worth watchable once.

The movie's first half was very much entertaining with good humor and style factor ! I personally feel few scenes were repeated yet those weren't boring .. All the 3 heros did a great job !! songs in the first half could have been picturised in a betta way ! Other than that , first half was good !

The second half was a bit draggy and with no strong story line made me restless. Yet PREMJI and the songs were the main saviour ..

Saroja and Chennai 28 were way better with slick editing and good story lines.. But still GOA is not a bad movie ! Sure watchable once .. Enjoy in theatres with friends ..

Other 2 heroines are okay !
Biggest Plus : Premji and Jai + Yuvan shankar raja songs




VERDICT : A decent holiday - worth a watch
